MRON Adopts Warranty as a Business Tool (Apr 10, 2008)

MRON International, a manufacturer and IT peripherals distribution company, is now offering a 3-year warranty support on its entire range of Premium Series computer casings.

This is for the first time in India that computer casings will be available with a 3-year warranty, the company said.

As part of its new business strategy to stake out a stronger position in the domestic market, MRON is also offering a 2-year warranty on semi-Premium, Classic and Regular series.

Rajeev Rohatgi, vice-chairman (sales & Mktg.), MRON, said, "The new strategy, with focus on strengthening our relationship with our channel partners, will emphasize on bolstering strong brand presence, extensive product support and aggressive sales and marketing across the country for MRON."

The Premium Series casings include "Ark", "Skiff" and "Potter" and come with ergonomic deigns, solid gauge and robust structure, pre-fitted with dual SATA and PATA connector. Besides this, the series also handles the voltage fluctuations, power surges and its thermal control feature maintains internal temperature below 38 degree Centigrade.

According to Rohatgi, the company has received good response for its range of computer casings from the corporate and the SOHO segment.
